Ayoub (Job) Mikaiel, BScPharm, RPh.

With over 30 years of diverse pharmacy experience, Ayoub brings a wealth of global pharmacy expertise and direct clinical care. His career spans leadership roles at international giants such as Novartis, Roche, and MSD across the Middle East. Currently a dedicated Pharmacy Owner/Manager, while previously serving as an OCP Assessor (PACE).  

Over the past 10 years, Ayoub has participated in the international pharmacy student community in Canada as a mentor and instructor. Roadmap was created with the needs of the students he encountered in mind.

Dr. Roger Ayoub, PharmD, RPh.

A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Roger is an experienced community pharmacist with specific exposure to pharmacy management/ownership, compounding, hospital pharmacy, and long-term care.
Roger has a strong passion for mentorship and teaching, starting as far back as a student mentor and currently as a Clinical Instructor at the University of Toronto.

Roger is on a mission to bridge the gap between International and Canadian pharmacy graduates. Tackling this challenge head-on, Roadmap was created to assist the next generation of internationally graduated pharmacists.

Improving international pharmacy students' ability and performance, for the exam and beyond.
We understand that success in becoming a registered pharmacist in Canada has complex needs; it requires not just knowledge, but an understanding of the culture of care and beyond. With first-hand experience, we provide guided clinical practice while constantly providing feedback to improve, implemented through our learning framework. We are dedicated to turning pharmacy students into qualified practitioners.
